Wir buchen viel mit Viator. Dieses Mal wars aber echt schlecht. Online gabs einen Bug, so dass ich nicht buchen konnte für one way. Das System wollte immer die Rückreise. Für die Buchung musste ich 2 x anrufen. 1 x englisch 30 min. Ohne Resultat. Dann deutsch. Wieder über 30 min. Erfebnis 1 Buchung. Gedacht jetzt ist alles okay. Schade. Kein shuttle in Santo Domingo. Aber freundliche Mitarbriter, die noch einen Fahrer organisierten, der uns nach 1,5 h am Flughafen warten, zu unserem Hotel brachte. Sehr abenteuerlich. Wir mussten den Weg mit Google Maps erklären. Am Ende waren wir dann tatsächlich da wo wir hin wollten. Der Fahrer war auch sehr freundlich. So eine schlechte Organisation sind wir nicht gewohnt. Daher diesmal nur 2 Sterne. Wir hoffen, dass unsere nächste Tour in 4 Tagen besser passt. LG J+ T
