Robert was one of the most considerate and amazing tour guides! My group had another excursion booked right after this tour. Our original tour guide had an accident that had to unfortunately push our time back and make this ATV tour almost impossible to do due to the new time sensitive time for our next excursion. So, we were placed with Robert and he was very upfront that there was a chance that he couldn’t get us back in time to get to our next excursion. We decided to go and Robert was very professional and considerate while still giving an amazing tour! He got us back with 5 mins to spare!!! Will definitely book again!!

They canceled my tour because only 2 people signed up for the 2pm slot. They texted me while I was on the plane telling me to be there by 11am. My flight didn't land until that time. I asked for a refund, since I has booked early a.m. They said 3 to 7 business day's. That's not cool. You got my money that day, I expect my money back the same day.

Excellent adventure and the guide Ryan was fantastic. Couple of minor things was you had to make your way to the pick up point unlike other trips were your picked up and dropped off from your hotel and being in a group you could only go as fast as the slowest person. Personally I would of liked a bit more speed but still really enjoyed it with amazing scenery.
