      Tour guide seemed like she wanted to just get the tour over. Our tour included entry to Belem Tour but she didn't take us in. When I showed her our ticket she said she never takes people in.

      We are very sorry that the tour did not meet your expectations. Although we do our best to deliver the best within our best knowledge and ability. With regards to the Tower, please note because it is only very tiny, the space is very restricted so we do not include it as part of our guided tour. Altough, we do give a description from outside.
