Mohamed was a fantastic guide and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Mohamed took us around the Baha'i Palace, Medina, Jewish quarter, the new mosque and so much more Mohamed is so friendly and has so much knowledge of Moroccon history he brought every location to life including being able to tell us which films were filmed here ((Men in Black, the Mummy and Spectre to name a few). Wonderful way to start our Marrkech holiday, highly recommend, thank you Mohamed.

Our guide gave a comprehensive and interesting tour in Marrakech. We were in a small group and it is a great way to see the city and learn about the history. I would recommend this tour, particularly if you are on a short break to make sure you visit all the key attractions. Great value for money as the tour was longer than the 3 hours. Wear comfy shoes, as you are on your feet all morning!

Our flight was severely delayed, so we couldn't make it at the scheduled time. However, they offered us to join an evening walk to the Medina. Even though the tour was different than the one we originally booked, we had such a great time. The guide, Abdul, was very passionate and incredibly helpful and friendly.

Recommend this walking tour

The guide was incredibly knowledgable about the history of Marrakech. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We visited the palace and spent a long time there (approx 1.5 hours), we walked to the tombs but the group elected not to go in as the architecture was very similar to the palace, and we walked around the outside of the mosque and learnt about the history there too.

Wir haben uns mit Mohamed an einem zentralen, leicht zu findenden Ort getroffen. Außer uns waren noch 2 weitere Gäste dabei. Nachdem wir kurz die Wünsche der einzelnen Teilnehmer diskutiert haben, ging es auch schon los. Einige Programmpunkte sind flexibel, wir haben uns für die Koutoubia-Moschee und den Bahia-Palast entschieden, außerdem haben wir das jüdische Viertel und einen Gewürzladen besucht. Mohamed ist ein toller Guide, der seine Stadt liebt. Sein Wissen zur Geschichte, Architektur und Religion ist einfach nur beeindruckend, er konnte jede Frage beantworten und es war keine Minute langweilig, da er sehr lebendig und auch lustig erzählt. Wenn wir wiederkommen, wollen wir unbedingt noch eine Tour mit Mohamed machen, einen besseren Guide kann es gar nicht geben!
