    A beautiful experience and wonderful views from the top. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The place is very organized. There is a restaurant and coffee shop at the top. It really is a different experience. Thank you.🤗

    We paid for our tickets beforehand and we never got to go out into the platform, the closed it due to high winds, they said the high winds happen VERY OFTEN. No refund for all 6 of our tickets were offered. Each at $42 each. I would not recommend buying tickets from here, maybe show up in person instead

    I couldn't change my reservation time for the same day I call twice to change the time.i didn't go cause I wasn't happy with your service. If a customer want to switch the tour time ,no one can't help them with that.you will have to rebook the tour.not satisfied at all. Thanks

    Great view and excellent experience. Maybe adding one person presenting all the environment things NYC/Hudson so might be a nice addition. I was disappointed with one compliment digital photo was unable for us.

    So I booked the tickets one day before… it was around 85$ only to see the view. The day though I booked the tickets it was raining, and there was zero visibility. No refunds… no cancellation.. never again with Viator at least…

    How the instructors were very calm and made sure we had reassurance the whole climb and were very patient for those who were A little scared would definitely recommend!

    If my family wasn't so excited about this, I would have given it a lower rating. The view was phenomenal! The bar and snacks were also great. However, the entrance procedure was RIDICULOUS!! We purchased tickets for 3:00pm. Nowhere on the website or the Viator site was a mention of getting there early. We came at 2:40 and the line was 200+ people long. Some of those people had tickets for 1:00pm. I was able to purchase an upgrade ($175) so that we were able to 'jump the line' in essence. I understand the number of tourists is crazy but the process to enter is not working. No one should expect to pay this much for tickets AND stand in line for 2+ hours.
