The ship was not what was shown in the viator photos. There were no good seats and the ship was over crowded. You can get the same experience on the other ships that are priced 60 lower.

My husband and I took this cruise with a friend and it was truly a WONDERFUL time. The crew was fun and attentive, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. We sat outside on the 2nd level with about 15 other people and by the end of the night, we were all friends and having a great time. The boat took us right up the East River to where the fireworks were so we had a spectacular view. On the ride back, the boat passed very close to the Statue of Liberty so we had a great view of that also. As we looked at the massive crowds lining up on the shore, while we sat and comfortably enjoyed the open bar, great food and festive music, we all agreed there was no better way to enjoy this festive event. Unlike some of the other cruises being offered on this evening, the dress was casual so you felt perfectly comfortable wearing shorts or jeans. The only hiccup was the boat ran out of lobsters towards the end even though they had issued lobster tickets to each person as they boarded. However, their customer service MORE than satisfied us with their response to this issue so even that does not dull our enthusiasm for this cruise. I would HIGHLY recommend it and we will definitely plan on attending it again next year.

Really fun! Good food, good drinks and great people!

Great view of the fireworks, and food and drink was good. Major issue, however, was the length of time to wait to be served food - over an hour waiting in line. Think the cruise was essentially oversold - the operator wanted to pack as many people on the boat as possible, and didn't care if that meant an unacceptably long wait to get served.

This was a great way to see the 4th of July fireworks. The river cruise was excellent and staff was awesome! The lobster meal was okay - it was very difficult to manage the whole lobster with plastic cutlery - lots of food wasted.....

This tour was a spectacular experience. The food was delicious. Lobster was cooked to perfection. Buffet selection was very good. The boat was at the perfect spot for the fireworks which was a highlight of the evening. I have only one comment about the open bar. In a lot of places barmen stop serving drinks to people that already under a heavy influence of alcohol. I would like to recommend the same policy for this cruise as well. It would make environment even more enjoyable.
