Get acquainted with the cultural treasures of Masovia — Poland’s most populous province — on a full-day trip from Warsaw. After exploring Zelazowa Wola, the birthplace of renowned composer Frederic Chopin, you’ll admire Brochow’s famous fortified church and the distinct triangular market square of Lowicz. Then, either marvel at a grand aristocratic residence in Nieborów or observe reconstructions of traditional Lowicz villages in the Maurzyce Ethnographic Park. On this small-group tour, limited to eight people, personalized attention from your guide is guaranteed.
  • Full-day tour of the Masovia province from Warsaw
  • Follow in the footsteps of Frederic Chopin in his hometown, Zelazowa Wola
  • Admire the 17th-century fortified church in Brochow
  • Soak up the ambiance of the Lowicz's triangular market square
  • Marvel at the aristocratic residence of the Radziwills family in Nieborow
  • Opt to visit the incredible Maurzyce Ethnographic Park
After pickup from your Warsaw hotel, greet your guide and travel through the Polish countryside to your first stop, Zelazowa Wola. On arrival at the birthplace of Frederic Chopin, you’ll visit his childhood home and see personal objects that depict the composer’s life and work — those visiting on a Sunday afternoon will hear a live piano concert.
Next, travel to Brochow — the town in which Chopin was baptized — to admire its 17th-century fortified church, considered one of Poland’s most important examples of defensive architecture. After absorbing the charm of Lowicz’s triangular market square, you’ll admire the town’s cathedral and browse a collection of wooden sculptures in Lowicz Museum.
After exploring the traditional town of Lowicz, you’ll be presented with two options: choose to visit the ethnographic park in Maurzyce to see a reconstruction of rural 19th-century villages, or pay a visit to the towns of Nieborow and Arkadia.
In Nieborow resides a resplendent aristocratic residence belonging to the Radziwills family — stroll the charming gardens that surround the palace and tour the coach house and orangery. Then, you’ll immerse yourself in the beauty of Helena Radziwillowna park — considered Poland’s most beautiful park — and admire artificial ruins such as the Temple of the Archpriest, the Roman Aqueduct and the Grotto of Sybil.
Your tour concludes with drop-off at your Warsaw hotel.

This tour visited Chopin's birthplace, his baptismal church, the small town of Lowicz and an ethnographic museum. I couldn't possibly recommend it to anyone - the itinerary is dull and the price massively excessive for a tour with minimal costs. Our driver and guide, Jacek, was excellent in the circumstances. The itinerary should be revised - the Chopin places are important, but the rest should be scrapped because they offer little interest. And the tour operator contacted me two days prior in an attempt to get more money for providing a bigger vehicle than a Corolla: 80 or 160 Euros.
