Very disappointed

There were issues getting off the ship. We were 20 minutes late and tour guide left without at least three of us. So very disappointed as this was to be the highlight of our 14 day cruise through South America. Trying to get reimbursed for the 200$ we lost 🙁

The ocean was too rough so the trip had to be cancelled. Our money was refunded after we apply or a refund online.

Excellent trip. Saw lots of penguins and other birds. A drink and snack on the return journey would have been much appreciated.

Our ship was delayed due to weather and by the time we got to the terminal the tour left us-there were about 12 of us that did not get on. So if you are taking this tour be aware even if this is a shore excursion and they see the ship and no one has arrived the port, they will leave you. Not good. Got refunded but they charge a 10% port fee. Go figure!

Disappointment not seeing Magellan Penguins

Our excursion was cancelled when we showed up to take the excursion. The vendor had a 7:15 am boat go, we were booked for a 10:30 am trip but the vendor told us their boat was too small. They said we could go at 2:00 pm but that would have made us late returning to our cruise ship. I do not understand why the vendor booked a 10:30 am excursion with a boat that was too small.

Your excursion was canceled because of weahter conditions. 7 AM Punta Arenas port administration canceled all the morning excursions.. We don´t have any option 10.30 AM, you were booked for a 9 AM tour.. Your 9 AM was canceled because of weather conditions as finally were canceled all the morning tours of that day of any company.

The tour company was impossible to contact and then when we were delayed - due to our ship arriving late - they left without myself and 5 other passengers - I’m still trying to reach them to get a refund - I would use this company or booking agency again

Our visit to Punta Arenas was cancelled by the cruise company due to bad weather and we sent a mail to Viator to inform about the situation. No reaction. The we tried multiple times to call the number printed on our ticket. No answer. Result: No visit til Magdalena Island and no refund of our money.

Disappointing

Was expecting a smaller group from a Viator event. Some 70 individuals on this boat. The information provided by the guide was minimal. And the return boat ride was nearly twice as long as advertised. I was very unhappy with this tour. The cruise ship offering would have been a much better deal.
