Overview

Don’t just eat like a Roman—learn how to cook like one, too. Choose a lunchtime or dinnertime session, and sign up for a pasta- and tiramisu-making cooking class. With just a small group for company, you’ll learn how to fill ravioli and make perfectly folded tortellini, as well as master the art of tiramisu. Each class includes personal instruction, antipasti snacks, plus a full meal and drinks.
  • Learn how to make pasta in a centrally located, 17th-century palazzo
  • A small-group class ensures you’ll receive personal attention from the chef
  • Enjoy antipasti, beverages, and eat the food you’ve prepared
  • Walk away with new skills by the end of class

This class was a blast! We had so much fun learning how to make homemade pastas and tiramisu, and we made several new friends doing it! Max was a phenomenal teacher and chef. He really kept the class on track and everyone got to do everything and feel included! We most enjoyed making tiramisu and the end product was beautiful and phenomenal, we can't wait to try out variations of it at home!!! So much fun and hifhly recommend!

What a fantastic way to celebrate a birthday. The amazing cheff LIli was professional and kind. In the end, it not that scarry to learn how to cook. The problem is that everyone who saw the pictures wants to come over for dinner now.

Full Course Cooking Class in Rome with Market Visit | Feb 2020
It was nice to meet at the market and to learn about the different vegetables I wish we would have spent more time walking around. It’s very colorful. I loved the menu. I enjoyed making fresh pasta and learned how to prepare some ingredients I had never cooked with before. I would have liked to be more involved preparing the main dish Felipo and Teresa were great.

We Were The First In!!!

VIP Earliest Access to the Sistine Chapel and Vatican Museums | Small Group | Nov 2019
After hearing that some of my friends who had booked their tours with "Skip-the-line" tickets had to line up for up to 2 hours to gain entry, I was skeptical whether my VIP Earliest Access would really be as such On that day itself, we arrived earlier than the stated time. I guess it helped that the other family on the same tour had also arrived early. But most importantly, our guide (I can't remember HER name now) was also early. She immediately ushered us to where we would be entering the Vatican and while we waited for the doors to open, she shared with us interesting information about our tour and the Sistine Chapel. Once the doors opened, we were literally the FIRST in..... while a long queue had already formed behind us. Many thanks to our guide for being early and truly providing us with a VIP Earliest Access

Pizza and Gelato Making Class in Rome with Lunch or Dinner | Shared | Sep 2019
Great evening, location easy to find, just follow the instructions. We were met and escorted to the working venue, given wine or soft drinks and nibbles whilst an outline of the course was given. The organisation of the course was just right, you did not feel under pressure at all. A team of three made sure that the instructions and methods were understandable and easy to follow, which they were. Ice cream first followed by pizza dough mixing, kneeding etc. The final act assembling a pizza to your own taste, cooked and delivered to you for eating as a party (wine/soft drinks) accompaniment. (Mine was the best ever - others will not agree with me) followed by the ice ream. Group number was of necessity small. My wife and I came away feeling well pleased with ourselves. A great experience. Well done all.

Great Experience!

Full Course Cooking Class in Rome with Market Visit | Aug 2019
The class started out a little rocky. We, along with the instructor, met at the market only to find it was closed! (Such is life in Rome during August) He improvised by arranging for a cab for us and we went to a local Eataly to shop there, which was quite fun. Based on the preferences of the group (we were a small group - just 8 of us) he chose the ingredients for the menu. We then went back to the cooking school, where a member of the management team was there to personally apologize for the mix up (which was clearly not their fault - the market hours listed indicated it should have been open). The cooking school was wonderful - there was plenty of space for all 8 of us to work. We cooked a delicious meal which included 3 courses and dessert. I cook quite a bit and was worried that the experience would be too basic. But, it was not - I learned new things and the instructor also took the time to teach our girls some techniques - we all had a great time. The meal itself was outstanding. While we did help to prepare it, the chef/instructor put the finishing touches on and it really felt like we had a private chef preparing a gourmet meal for us. We ate in a dining room separate from the kitchen, which was also quite nice. Our instructor/chef was personable, warm and great fun to get to know. I would absolutely recommend this experience!

Full Course Cooking Class in Rome with Market Visit | Mar 2019
We had a nice time, with an friendly cook, who took us to the market and the butcher first. What we did not like was the planned visit to two market stalls, obviously with the intention to let us buy there something. But after that, it was a pleasure to follow the class. We made delicious food end after the class, we had a nice lunch together. Absolutely value for money. I had the cokking class together with my sons ( 34, 32 and 32 years, we all liked it)
