Meet your guide and set off on your first tour: the Historical Overview of Salem, which begins at 12pm. Travel back in time through 400 years of the town's history through your guide's informative commentary. Learn about the important points in Salem's town history from the witch trials until today.
Rest your legs with a half-hour break, during which you are free to explore further or stop for a snack or drink.
The Cemetery Tour takes you through the earliest documented burial site in town. Throughout the 1.5-hour tour, learn about the meanings and symbolism behind the engravings on the headstones.
Depending on availability and season, your day's third tour will be one of the following: TV and Movie Tour, Seaport History Tour, Religious Tour, Book Talk & Book Walk, Afternoon Ghost Tour, African-American History Tour, or the Architecture Tour.
Your last tour is the 1692 Witch Trials Walk, which details the 17-month period when witch trials and witch hunting dominated Salem. Visit locations that were important during this period to learn about the dark history.
