      It was an excellent food tour that brought Kensington market and its history to such a beautiful memory for us. Jessica managed to explain everything about the place with such passion and understanding that we would now like to eat our way through Kensington market. So much knowledge about food, but also respect for the history and owners of the restaurants and small businesses there…we can only recommend you to book this tour and enjoy a wonderful hours spent together with a group of people with similar passion like yours.

      William is great tour guide. He gave even more life the history and stories he shared with us about Kensington market. It was a chilly day, but William came prepared with hand warmers! Great experience.

      I booked this food tour through Viator, but it disappeared from my app, which prevented me from pulling up the ticket or details. There was no record in the app that I had booked the trip (only via the confirmation email I received), and therefore no contact information for the operator. I tried to figure out how to contact Viator for help, but was frustratingly looped back and instructed to contact the operator (which was impossible). Am wondering if maybe the operator went out of business? Regardless, not a great experience.

      This tour was great despite the rain. Jessica, our tour guide, was prepared with ponchos if needed, and she was wonderful. She has a great personality and shared a lot of great information about the history of the market and answered any and all questions posed. As she said, we "visited" 5 countries sampling 9 different food items in the 2 1/2 hours. All the food was delicious and the portion sizes were great. Our only concern was that it was a little carb heavy so you do need to pace yourself or save a portion for eating later.

      This was brilliant. Our guide, William was excellent. The food places we went were so lovely. And so much food, make sure you an hungry. we stopped at 6 places and tried more than 10 different things, i lost count!

      We enjoy learning the history of Kensington. Learning the culture and the art is amazing! Good night tasting was different. We had bagels, empanadas, fish, tea, and Jamaica meat pies….yummy!

      Our tour guide William was outstanding! He took us on a culinary tour of cuisines that we honestly probably would have never tried at Kensington Market, and we’re so glad we did! So worth the time!

      Great guide but mediocre food

      Tour guide was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about foods and neighborhood and history. Very friendly and open to questions. Food was not great. 3 of the 6 stops involved fried dough and not much flavor. Bagel stop and fish stop were great

I'm sorry to hear that the food was not to your liking but glad you enjoyed our Bagel stop and our Fish n Chip stop. Sorry, you didn't like the Chilean, Jamaican, Swedish and Korean stops where we highlighted and shared authentic tastings from those countries that are favourites amongst the kids of those cultures. I'm sorry that those flavours didn't fit your pallet but I'm glad you were willing to try things and perhaps learned a little bit about the people and cultures behind the foods showcased on our tour.

      Relaxing fun time. A diverse variety of tasty food with nice size portions. We also got a quick rundown on the history of the market area. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

      What an amazing tour of the Kensington Market. Our tour guide, Jessica, was very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable, and her enthusiasm was second to none. The most brilliant part about the tour was it gave us an opportunity to try difference places and foods that we would never have thought of trying on our own, and Jessica thoroughly entertaining us with in-depth stories and history about the local food and culture was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this tour, but be sure to come with an appetite!!

      This is a really fun tour of the Kensington Market neighborhood! Jessica, our guide, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. It was great to go to a variety of restaurants and get a tasting of their dishes. Jessica also pointed out some restaurants we skipped and we returned for an amazing dinner that night. The six tastings included dishes I probably wouldn’t have ordered on my own. Come with an appetite!
