We were picked up at our hotel in Oakhurst by James. We had a delightful day driving through Yosemite and made many stops at most impressive areas and sights. We also stopped for a picnic lunch with sandwiches provided. James was very knowledgeable about sights we saw and also more than happy to take pictures for us. We would definitely recommend this tour.
The vehicle used was too small. I had been told it would be a step-van but it was an SUV., due to size of group. With that size vehicle, someone had to ride on the 3rd row and that was horrible due to the never ending sharp curves in the road all the way . We were all car sick. The back end fishtailed constantly with each braking action. I felt cheated to be put into the family car which also needed a good cleaning of windows inside and out and dusting of the dash. Not what I expected for the price paid. Driver was nice and went out of her way to give a good tour. I felt cheated and misled. Never would have gone if I knew it was a small vehicle on such a long and winding road all day.
Enjoy the View and Leave the Driving and Parking to James!

Our driver James was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also was very reassuring that he was a good driver and had driven the twists and turns of Yosemite Park many times. I loved all the unique tidbits of information he gave throughout the tour. Best of all he knew all the best spots for great photos. We had a delicious picnic lunch and a great time visiting with the other people on our tour. This tour is a great way to get to see Glacier Point without the stress of driving up there yourself. I would definitely recommend this tour. Sit back, relax and let a professional drive!
If you are looking to do very little hiking this is the trip for you! I was looking to get out of the van more so although the tour guide was great and the views were fab, I left longing for more hiking / outdoor time.
I would also say that this tour do would better with a little more time management as my estimated return was 2 hours late. If i didn't have a place to be that would have been fine but I had a commitment.
Other than that it was great!
110% recommend this experience! Great way to see the Yosemite highlights! We were lucky enough to have Daniel as our guide and were amazed by his knowledge and enthusiasm. Well worth the price for the information and for not having to navigate the winding roads of Yosemite. Lunch was also delicious. Can’t say enough about how great of a time we had!!!
Worst experience I ever felt ....I will not encourage anyone to book trip via viatour.

Worst experience ....I booked the trip with full payment but noone came for pick and no information provided ....I wasted 1 whole day in my vacation time ....will not encourage anyone of my friends and family to book trip via viatour
This was the first time we used a tour company when visiting a national park! Our guide/ driver, Richard was wonderful! Because of his knowledge of the park, we beat the grounds to all the main attractions. We were treated to great stories of the history of the park and it’s many colorful characters.
It was the first time my husband got to enjoy the scenery and we got pictures of us both! Lunch was delicious and Richard found the perfect spot with the twin falls as the backdrop.
This is the only way to see Yosemite!
