Jewish Children's Museum Tours

Jewish Children's Museum
As the largest Jewish museum for children in the United States, this Brooklyn museum features dozens of interactive and educational exhibits. The games, galleries, and multimedia displays appeal to all children, but all relate back to Jewish culture or history. With five floors of themed exhibits, children have the chance to explore everything from the centuries of Jewish history to a climbing a giant challah or experiencing a Shabbat dinner table and a mock kosher supermarket.

Introductions to Jewish holidays, the land of Israel, and Biblical history can be found on the main levels. For arts and crafts head to the lower level, which includes a craft workshop as well as a game show studio for a fun take on Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune. The top floor includes a climbing wall and mini golf course that guides children through the many stages of Jewish life as they play. The museum gives children the chance to have fun, all the while being immersed into cultural practices of both yesterday and today.
