Learn to prepare some of the classics of Spanish gastronomy in this 4-hours hands-on cookery course. You'll have your cooking station, and the ingredients will be ready to be cooked. That way, you'll only enjoy the fun side of cooking. No peeling or cutting unless there is a culinary technique to learn from it.Menus are seasonal and include cocktail preparation (with or without alcohol), Iberian ham cutting, starter, paella rice and dessert. Most ingredients are organic and locally grown. Menus may differ for special diets upon request. After the course, you'll keep your apron as a souvenir.
