This 3-hours of a private tour will take you to a Gujarati family for a cooking demonstration followed by a hearty lunch or dinner. You will experience Gujarati cuisine in its truest sense, the central features of which, are the use of Jaggery and the emphasis on vegetarianism. A typical Gujarati meal consists of rice or chapati, pulses, vegetables, kachumbar (mixed vegetable salad), farsan, papad, chutneys and pickles. The menu can be customized to meet your preferences.
