Not only will you learn about traditional Japanese cuisine—the tools, ingredients and its methods—you will learn about Japanese culture as well. Our special instructor will explain the 5 different dashi ingredients used in Japanese cuisine, how to make miso soup, Japanese egg rolls, Kyoto vegetable dishes, sushi rice, sushi rolls, and hot tofu. Before you enjoy the meal, all guests are welcome to try 5 kinds sake—traditional rice wine—and powdered, green tea ice cream. Vegan, vegetarian and halal menu options are also available.
