The take-off point as for any hot air balloon flight is chosen based on the direction of the wind, with the aim of passing over or near Mondovì. Tradition has it that everyone tries to pass over or as close as possible to the Belvedere Civic Tower which overlooks the city and then descends and lands on one of the many grass fields that surround Mondovì.

In addition to a detailed picture of the cultivation of the vine and the production of Barolo, the peculiarity lies in the guided lunch, a real gustatory analysis of the wines and paired dishes. You will be guided to create a graphic map of the various characteristics of each wine and each dish to create real sensory profiles. These, overlapping, become an immediate visual tool to understand which elements contribute to harmonizing tastes. The historic Germano Angelo winery is an important piece of the history of Barolo. Teobaldo Germano was the founder and first president of the Barolo winery then dissolved in 1930 and purchased by Davide Germano to transform it into his own cellar.
