The Basics

Parts of the castle are open to visitors, including the State Apartments, Queen Mary's intricate dolls' house, and George VI's private apartments. St. George's Chapel is another highlight, where many royal weddings and funerals have occurred, as well as where the Queen Mother's and King Henry VII's tombs are found. On a guided tour, you can see the Great Kitchen to witness the inner workings of the castle.

Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Oxford Day Trip from London
Leslie, our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The bus was clean and comfortable and the tourist attractions very interesting. It would have been nice to spend more time at Windsor Castle, but with the time/travel constrains I’m not sure that is possible. Evans Tours were helpful and easy to communicate with.

Patricia, our Guide was extraordinarily knowledgeable. The whole day was a cultural wonder! Windsor castle was historically so interesting. Weather at Stonehenge was atrocious but fascinating nonetheless..

Windsor Castle, Stonehenge and Bath Tour from London with Admission
Pablo was a great tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and funny. Although we missed the Windsor Castle as they are closed on Tuesday’s and Wednesdays, it was still worth the trip. Prepare to have cold food with you as there’s not much time to eat.

Stonehenge, Windsor Castle and Bath with Pub Lunch in Lacock
Enjoyed the entire day and amazed how our guide could coral 71 people so efficiently. Kudos to JC!j Our group was first in line for admission at Windsor Castle, had plenty of time to see all views of Stonehenge, enjoyed a delicious lunch in Lacock, and thoroughly enjoyed the Bath Museum.

Stonehenge, Windsor Castle, and Bath from London
Guide Charlotte and driver Sam did an outstanding job. Charlotte was very knowledgeable and explicit on directions at each venue. Very easy to understand and follow her recommendations. Sam safely navigated our bus during a rainy day with expertise. Bus was clean and comfortable. The 3 venues we visited were well managed and a pleasure to visit. I highly recommend Evan Evans tours while you are visiting the UK.

Stonehenge, Windsor Castle and Bath with Pub Lunch in Lacock
Because of Covid, our travel schedule for vacation had been revised and this trip was a last minute decision. As we look back we're happy this worked out. Our tour guide and bus driver were knowledgable and provided fun and interesting information. We were allowed ample time at the stops to take in the sights and tour on our own. I would definitely recommend this bus tour if you are planning a trip to the UK.

Rushed but Enjoyable Tour

Stonehenge, Windsor Castle, and Bath from London
We joined this tour for highlights of these three important places in England. The tour provided enough information to get a taste for a place so that you can return if interested. It felt rushed, but honestly, I would not remove any of the stops to allow for more time. Each was interesting and worth the visit. We plan to return to both Windsor Castle and Bath another day.

The tour guide, Bruce, was excellent. He made the trip enjoyable and offered advice on how to spend time wisely to see as much as possible. Time is limited at each stop but well worth the money.
