"This was a great experience. It is a 1 hour boat ride that can be out in the sun so bring your SPF. Sameer was our tour guide on the island and he is a native to the island. He was friendly, knowledgeable and took great photos of us. Anthony was our guide on the boat and he was friendly and knowledgeable about the city. Overall this was a great knowledgeable tour."

"I found this tour excellent. The guide was extremely knowledgeable about Elephanta Island, and spoke English very well. He helped me to swiftly get my tickets and how to maneuver around the sites. He also helped me through the crowds to get a good seat on the return ferry. Living there he knew everyone, including which vendors and items were worth buying. The driver Dipen was also excellent. He spoke English very well and was a wealth of knowledge about the city and the country. I would highly recommend him as your driver. He knows his way around the city and was very helpful when making purchases. He was respectful and an excellent driver in Mumbai’s maddening traffic. I can’t recommend this company enough."

"I love that only the local people living on the island can have shops/stalls and be guides on the island. Our excellent Mumbai guide (Imran Khan) fetched us from the hotel and escorted us on the ferry - pointing out interesting things along the way and answered our questions well. On the island, our local guide (Krupesh) was very knowledgable about the history of the temple caves, the message of the sculptures and Hindu beliefs. I very much found it fascinating and will recommend this tour (and these guides!) to anyone interested in history and are as in awe of ancient art as I am."

"An incredible day with Vikrant seeing the main sites of Mumbai! I had about a day to squeeze in all the Mumbai highlights, and this was the perfect tour. Vikrant was incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and as a solo woman traveling on her own, he made me feel very safe. "This is definitely the way to see Mumbai. Our very knowledgeable guide met us at the port with a driver and an air conditioned car. We were able to arrive very close to the main attractions with a car. Our guide took us to a local restaurant which had a history of old Mumbai. Our Guide was a retired teacher so therefore he was eager to share educational, historical and cultural information. "Visiting India from the US for a wedding, I had an 8 hour layover in Mumbai that I didn't want to waste. Not enough time to fully experience the city, but just enough to get a taste. I searched for a tour that both fit my timing and would give an overview of the city, and this tour delivered both exceptionally! They were able to meet me right outside the airport and then whisk us away with the driver expertly navigating traffic (you haven't experienced driving until you've been to Mumbai!) while the tour guide gave a detailed overview of what we were seeing with notes on the history and giving further information when I had questions. We visited a number of famous sites, and were able to take in a few special requests for specifics I wanted to see and cover. Based on when I arrived, we were lucky enough to catch the gorgeous sunset as well as the tour went into the evening. At the end, we returned to the airport and I had plenty of time to get to my next flight. When I return to Mumbai next, I look forward to another tour!"
