The Edge of the World (its real name is Jabal al-Firin), one of the most popular tourist destinations in Saudi Arabia, gets its nickname from the continuous view of the horizon it offers over its 300-meter-high cliffs, which overlook the surrounding plain. It is part of the much longer Tuwaiq escarpment, descending about 305 meters to the bottom of the ancient ocean. From the top of the cliffs, you'll spot dry rivers that weave across the land and you may see camels moving away below - an ancient caravan route that once ran through these lands. We can enjoy the sunset from the top of the mountain and take unforgettable memorial photos

"We were picked up at our compound, and despite rush hour traffic, made it to the dunes in under two hours - no small feat in Riyadh. After a very brief safety brief - accelerator, rear brake, front brake (inoperable), have fun - we had a blast. An hour on the quads was more than enough time to have fun and to catch sunset over the dunes. Returned to the start and mounted a camel for a 10 minute ride around the area. Our driver brought us back to the compound after a thoroughly enjoyable time. Highly recommend bringing patience and an adventurous spirit, but its worth it."..."
