"If your a foodie I would highly recommend this tour. The tour guide was very accommodating. We got to visit a number of establishments. Our guide also took us to wander around in the seafood markets and had a chance to pick up some fresh seafood and have a local restaurant cook our selection. Everything tasted super fresh and delicious. Its a good balance of eating and walking around the streets of Guangzhou. You will enjoy the market places and visiting the local street vendors while filling your belly."

"The tour was fantastic and well-organized. We checked into our hotel Thursday night, and booked the trip for Friday. Unfortunately, we didn't have Chinese cell phone numbers, so I was a little procarious as to how we would find out about the pick up details. I assumed it was going to be sent via email, but when we checked into our hotel, we were told that our tour guide called the hotel to relay the information for it. It was a great surprise! As for the tour itself, it was amazing. Our tour guide, Melody, was personable and friendly. By the end of the trip, she ended up becoming a great friend and contact in Zhangjiajie! Unfortunately, the views from the mountain were limited since it was rainy and foggy, but we were still able to see enough. Overall, though, a fantastic adventure from an even more fantastic guide!"

"This layover tour was a very positive experience for me and highly recommended. It was my first time in China and I felt safe traveling alone at way pass 70 years old. Safety should be foremost for every traveler at any age. The tour operator took care of even minute details to make the tour very comfortable, personalize , and flexible. The car provided looks new with a personable and courteous driver. Water and fruits were provided for snacks. My flight arrived 2 hours later than the schedule tour so lunch was scrapped. But Instead I was given several boxes of pastries from the famous bakery in the island for me to take home and to give away as gifts. Its a good thing. The tour guide , Adam from Tulou Travel , speaks fluent English and very knowledgeable about Gulangyu Island and other interesting places to visit in Xiamen. He was enthusiastic about his job and gives a lot of insights about future travel in Xiamen. Gulangyu Islands is very historical and picturesque. Architecture is so diverse some places reminds me of Europe. There's a lot of walking to do and lots of places can only be reach by climbing up several flights of stairs. Trolleys are available though to those who are not inclined to walk. It's an experience worth taking ."

"My husband and I had a wonderful experience in this private tour with Guangzhou Local Tours, the Cantonese dim sum dinner at a traditional local restaurant(tea house was what they called) was a highlight, we had the most delicious authentic dim sum ever! We were the only foreigners eatting in the restaurant among the locals and we enjoyed that very much, not touristy place. After dinner we had a relaxed walk at Flower City Square, we were impressed by the gorgeous lights in the modern city after dark, we saw Guangdong Provincial Museum, Guangzhou Opera House, Asian Games Park, Canton Tower and Guangzhou Library. The book automatic circulation system and book shower machine(ultraviolet scanning sterilized) in Guangzhou Library is really amazing! Our guide Zack is very knowledgeable about his hometown(Guangzhou) , speak perfect English and provided great insight to the local culture and history of the city. The tour ends at Canton Tower wharf so one could easily extend their trip on their own by visiting Canton Tower(take elevator to go up) or taking the night cruise on Pearl River, the landmark and must to do things in Guangzhou. It's such a smooth and well planned tour we experienced and learned a lot in 3 hours! Highly recommended!"

"We had an excellent tour with Zack to the country side and the mountain. Cycling in the country is a welcome change to the busy city of Guangzhou. Also the visit of the mountain was some else and interesting. Zack was an excellent host."

"Our visit to Seven Star Crag was stunning. The guide, Damon, arranges transport for our family of 6 and arrived early at our hotel. As we drove through GZ, he gave us a lovely history lesson about the area in very clear English. We were well prepared by Damon for all the questions that may arise, how to use our health code apps, etc. Frankly, we could not have accomplished this visit without him as the language barrier is just too challenging for our limited language skills. Damon introduced us to the highlights of the park and then ensure we hit the highlights by keeping us focused without rushing us. As they day grew long, he patiently waited for us to change the plan a bit so my husband could claim to the top. Damon stayed near enough to the kids and I to be accessible, but not so near that we were felt as if we needed to entertain him. Honestly, if we make it back to GZ, we will seek out Damon just so we can take whichever tour he is leading. He is definitely our favorite tour guide to date!"

"It is a beautiful place to visit. We did both the city tour and the River cruse and both these were beyond our expectation. The lighting system inside the cave adds to the beauty. It is a must if you are in Guilin. The next day was river cruse and this too was equally good. Scenic view of the mountains surrounding the river is breath taking. |Our guide Sherry was very knowledgeable and had good command of English. Our flight coming into Guilin was very late a norm for China and to her credit she had been checking with our hotel about our arrival and left us a message that since our flight is late we can have a late start of our city tour. |Overall an excellent experience."

"Great tour of Guangzhou by Zack! As foodies, we opted for our own itinerary which included both food and sightseeing and Zack took it all in stride! We ate our fill at the best local dimsim restaurant and other culinary delights Guangzhou had to offer. "The 7 hour tour 'flew by' so quickly as we experienced the older authentic parts of the city as well as the new. From the new library tour, to the Bhudha temple, to the Shaking hands section, to the outdoor Opera it was all so enjoyable!"

"This is a great tour displaying the great martial arts history of the town, which itself is close to Guangzhou. Our tour guide, Zack of Guangzhou Local Tours, was an excellent planner, allowing us to get good front row seats for shows as well as see everything without having to rush. He also went out of his way to go above and beyond the normal tour experience, giving us a tour of the new Guangzhou downtown despite it being outside of the tour description."
