- The Hellfire Pass Memorial Museum was built by Australia and the Royal Thai Armed Forces Development Command exhibition area shows the life and death of prisoners of war, the construction of the track, tools, paintings, drawings, a short film about the construction of the line and personal items of prisoners of war such as letters and clothing. Two paths lead from the museum to the Hellfire Pass - the concrete path and the bamboo path. It is recommended to take the bamboo path which the POW used when they went to work. The trail leads through bamboo groves and offers a top view of the entrance of the pass. For intrepid visitors there is also a 4 km long hiking trail that starts at Hellfire Pass and includes several infamous parts of the track. About 170 meters after the Hellfire Pass is the River Kwai Noi vantage point from which you can overlook the entire valley.
