He was able to get our group in ahead of the large bus crowds and changed the itinerary after he found out a traffic jam would delay us considerably. "This is an excellent tour. We had a Fabulous Tour guide called Alex. He made contact the day before the tour to introduce himself and he kept me informed of times. He was very punctual. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was very pleasant and spoke fantastic English. Alex went out of his way to ensure we had a fantastic day. He even stopped off at Pele palace for us to see and admire. This was not part of the tour but he was so passionate about his heritage that he wanted us to see it. He was also a very careful driver and always made sure we had ample comfort breaks. His suggestion for Lunch was top notch. The food was the best we had eaten whilst in Romania. I believe if we have had a different guide our experience would not have been this amazing. Alex has a fantastic sense of humour and he went above and beyond. Alex exceeded our expectations. I would certainly recommend this tour. It was the best day of our trip and we had some great laughs and saw some amazing sites. We came away with fantastic memories.
