Such a great experience. Met us on time at the airport right where we got our luggage. Easily identified with our names on a sign. Friendly, knowledgeable and just a great driver. The van was spacious and air conditioned. No waiting for any other people. Hopped in the van and was at our hotel a short time later. Will use every time we go to Aruba.
Loved using this service. We were met right away at the airport by our friendly driver and brought right to our hotel. Return driver picked us up on time from our hotel and got us to the airport in plenty of time to go go through all the security checks and customs. The drivers were friendly and informative on things to do on the island and filling us in on the history.
Transfer from airport to hotel went smoothly. However, we had one individual who had to change their return flight for work reasons and the vendor was unable to accommodate the change to the return transfer without charging almost double if not even more than the regular taxi fare. No refund was offered either as the individual opted to take the taxi. Both drivers were courteous and prompt.
We were very happy and satisfied with both the drivers and the vehicles. Our pick up driver Hector was there waiting for us and was very informative about the island and the sites. Our driver Alexi, picked us up on time and was very good at updating us that morning of his status and eta. Their vehicles were upscale and very clean.
Excellent experience. We had two separate drivers one picking us up from the airport and one driving us back to the airport and they were both wonderful. Very polite, very knowledgeable of the area and they made for a very pleasant trip. Would use the Viator transportation service on future trips and recommend it to others.
