Very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. The tour was informative and enjoyable. Visited all the must see sites including the palace and all famous Buddhist temples. Visited the Art Gallery in the city.

Decent tour. Be aware this includes no admissions or transport. So you need cash with you at all times to pay for your admission to activities and you (& your guides) transfer costs. Wear good shoes for lots of walking. If you didn’t bring clothes that cover your knees and shoulders for the temples, there are places to rent coverings just outside.

Booked this for my parents. Tour was fine, with pick up from their hotel lobby directly. So that’s handy. My parents did not have particular sites in mind so relied on the guide to plan the itinerary. The guide suggested to skip palace as it’s too crowded during Chinese New Year. But did not plan to do floating market in the morning as it’s already closed when they ran out of sites to do in the afternoon. Think the guide should have planned the itinerary better taking into account the opening hours ahead of time. But all in all a good and comfortable way to see Bangkok in a day.

Alit was very good and knowledgeable. She was thorough throughout the process. She even stayed with is to help order our food. With her help and knowledge of local customs, we were fully prepared for our tours, what to wear to the temples, etc. I highly recommend this tour company.

I am very disappointed about this tour: I paid over $100 just to be escorted in the city. My tour guide was simply bring me from point A to point B etc... he was not explaining anything and when I had some question about city or touristic point the usual answer was “I don’t know!”. I am angry, because I wasted money and (most important) time. When I can go again in this places!?if I was going by myself and using an audio guide, I could learn more compare to the time with this tour guide. I genuinely suggest to AVOID THEM!

Dear mrminkio, We appreciate your review and respect your opinion but we disagree with your claim that our guide do not know history. Before we recruit a tour guide, they will be interviewed asking about their history knowledge. If they fail, they will not be recruited to be on the guiding team. We do not want to risk ruin our reputation by recruiting unprofessional tour guides. In this case, a few day after the tour day, this delegate sent us message asking for a refund by claiming that the guide did not know history. We proceeded our investigation process by talking to the guide who was responsible for the tour. The guide, Mr. Ohm, who has been working as a tour guide for 25 years and received 5 star reviews, said that he did explained and accommodated all the request and questions that the delegate had. Everything went well on the tour. If on the day tour, the delegate was not satisfied with the guide, he should stop the tour and call us right away and asking for a replacement guide but the delegate did not. Instead, he continued the tour until it finished but a few day later requesting for a refund. This is not fair. The tour was fully operated. The refund was rejected because of the above reasons and yet the delegate gave us a one star review for not refunding the tour. This act to us seem to be that the delegate would like to get a free tour. In the end, we appreciate your review but strongly disagree with the delegate's opinion for the above reasons. With only 10 hours or so in Bangkok I decided on this tour. Although the original plan was for the guide to meet me at the airport I was pleased she could accommodate coming to my hotel instead. After 24 hours of flying I needed a shower and change of clothes. Bella was a great guide and knew about every site I mentioned in my email. While we couldn’t do it all, I still hit the best Bangkok highlights in my opinion. This 8 hour is great if you have very little time to waste. Don’t try and see the city on your own especially with very little time. Awesome experience. Fantastic guide!

May was amazing. We sent her our wish list of items to see in advance and she worked out the logistics of it all in a way that would have taken me hours to do, if at all. She was mindful of our time and kept us on track with our limited amount of time. She is very knowledgeable about all of the sights around Bangkok and we really learned a lot.

Fantastic day in Bangkok with Imm as our guide. Having arrived at 6am from the UK, we were grateful to have Imm manoeuvre us through the Bangkok must sees! We had been in contact before our trip with our wish list and Imm delivered completely with extras on top. Imm's English was fantastic and she was also able to explain about Thai tradition and social aspects of Thai life. We would not have been able to see so much in one day without a guide and are very grateful for Imm's services. Highly recommend....best way to see so much in one day!

This is our second tour with Geng, who is a marvelous Bangkok city guide. We corresponded in advance to plan the itinerary for the day which included: The Grand Palace, Emerald Buddha temple, Wat Pho, long tail boat ride in Thornburi canals, Wat Suthat temple, flower market, lunch along the Chao Phrya river, and the Jim Thompson house. The Palace is truly amazing and we were fortunate to arrive there early before the large crowds. Geng has a vast amount of knowledge and is a very passionate tour guide. He takes his client's requests and tailors the entire tour around your wishes and itinerary, unlike other package tours where you simply get what they offer. Geng also made arrangements for a minivan and driver which greatly facilitated our tour group of 3 getting around the city. The driver dropped us very close to the sights, picked us up shortly after we had seen each location, and kept the AC going to cool us off after our walks. Geng coordinated with the boat driver so upon our arrival the at the pier, the boat ride was ready to commence. We had a delicious lunch while overlooking the river and Wat Arun. Geng operates his company with the highest degree of integrity as exemplified by his making a special arrangement made for our boat ride. I highly recommend this tour format and particularly our guide Geng who is a simply outstanding guide.

I would recommend this tour company to all of my friends who wish to learn about Bangkok! From the start, Joy was very quick with emails. She answered a lot of my questions beforehand and helped set up an itinerary. Geng picked us up right on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly. His English was great, and he was very funny too. The places we included on our 8 hour tour were: - Train Market - Floating Market Damnoen Saduak - Floating Cafe - Grand Palace - Wat Pho - Wat Arun The tour ran a little over 8 hours, but we paid the driver off while Geng stayed a little longer with us. He even took a cab with us back to our hotel to make sure we got back safely. You can tell he's very passionate about the city and the culture. He answered all of the questions we had, while teaching us about Thai history and culture. He also offered to take photos of us often. Very affordable, definitely worth it!

What is special about this tour? The ability for you to request which activities and sights you wish to see. The tour company guide then takes care of all the planning to accomplish your requested itinerary. Prior to the tour we exchanged e-mails to scope out what I wished to see, and the company advised me as to which Palaces were closed for renovation. On the day of the tour, my guide Geng arrived at my hotel ahead of time. We reviewed the day's activities and then set off to see Wat Pho and another temple. Then came the private longboat tour spent cruising a canal in Thonburi. Following that lunch along the river, then off to visit two museums. Geng was very articulate, full of information, and passionate about passing along the history and culture of Bangkok. He efficiently took care of all logistical details for transportation and entrance to the sights. He explained the Sky Train operation so that I could subsequently navigate the system on my own. I very highly recommend this tour.

Our tour with Geng was amazing. We wanted to explore sights less seen in Bangkok, so he took us to an amulet market, a food market, some less-known temples and churches, backstreets, parks and the Portuguese neighborhood, and we ended up in Chinatown. Geng was very informative and engaging, inspiring us and the kids aged 10 and 12 with his stories, jokes and dialogues. He was happy to learn from us about our experiences, and kids were very excited to share. He highlighted nuances that we couldn't have seens, and he had answers for all our questions. We warmly recommend his custom tour, it was a highlight of our stay in Bangkok.
