DONOT hire!!!! They took my money and canceled on me - they did NOT issue me a refund. I am out $391, almost $400.

The rating is because it was something I had really looked forward to, but it was cancelled. The weather was blamed, but it was still disappointing. There was not sufficient warning given to facilitate booking something else.

Very well organized, small boat and group of people, we had a great Skipper that brought the boat in the caves. It was great and we enjoyed the entire boat ride.
Don’t go if you don’t have insurance

Do not go on this tour if you have ANY pre-existing health conditions - or if you just generally value health and safety. No lifesaving vests and the “skipper” was obviously driving the boat without any concern for the well-being of his passengers, especially those of the female variety whom he was obviously trying to impress by getting them as beat up as possible. My back, neck and tailbone are still reeling from this experience. Reckless and liability are my two main words describing this.

Dear Customer,
Firstly, the livesaving vests are mandatory and we have 10 livesaving vests for adults and 10 livesaving vests for kids.
It's not mandatory to wear the vest during the tour, but if you ask to our team the will provide you for sure.

We truly enjoyed our boat ride! We were a few minutes late and they were very understanding and waited for us. The skipper and guide were wonderful. We will come back again. Thank you for the great experience.

The captain, Franco was absolutely awesome!! We were 8 on the tour and we were very comfortable. He took his time and explained what we were viewing and took us into so many caves. The campaign toast was the best as were the snacks. We had a fabulous time. I highly recommend this tour.

Fantastic excursion. Lots of people and boats so book early. The meeting spot shows up on Google maps. Really nice little town with a few restaurants, hotel, and mostly private rentals.
