We thoroughly enjoyed the excursion and it was well worth the money, which was much less expensive and much better than the cruise line could provide.

One of the best tours I have had, Gavin was awesome, very fun and knowledgeable. Wished there was a bit more time for shopping but all in all very happy we did this.

Our tour guide Lisa and driver Nick were amazing. So friendly and knowledgeable. Our guide Ali’s explained the regional conflict so we’ll, and also shared person stores from her time growing up in Northern Island. Overall this tour was so much more than expected and os a highlight from our holiday.

Gavin, our tour guide worked hard to make sure all needs were met, Mark our bus driver maneuvered thin roads excellently! Hiking on the red trail gave us a beautiful view of the shore. It was steep going done to the shore area by the steps. Seeing the unusual steps and formations was incredible. We liked hearing abt. Finn McCooland his wife, and they they saved themselves by tricking the giant! We also appreciate stopping in a picturesque village and being able to walk to the beach there. The trip around Belfast was informative and interesting.
Great guide but they need a new bus!

Great tour guide! Great bus driver! But the bus seats were faulty and I had the person in front of me literally in my lap! Huge man said seat was broken…switched seat and a lady kept leaning back seat so I sat with my hand pushing it up whole time. Again excuse seat broken! Ac was shut off n bus got really hot as well.

Our guide and driver were great. The bus was waiting at Belfast port when we got off the ship. There was plenty of info, commentary and sad Irish tales throughout the trip. We saw some ruins and the beautiful antrim coast. We got to Giant's causeway around 10-ish before it was crowded. There's enough time to take the long route along the cliff, or you can take the easier route down along the shore. There's a 1 pound/1.20 euro shuttle bus that can take you there and back if you want minimal walking. There was a driving tour through Belfast on the way to the port. We got back to the ship in plenty of time.

Picked up at the port, for a wonderful day in Ireland. Gaints Causeway was beautiful, driver had great advice as which way to go to see it all. Well worth the hike! He also had a map of the route which was nice. Dunluce castle is beautiful and majestic. Portaneevey view point was beautiful, would of loved to have been able to go across the Carrick-a-rede bridge but the view was great. Informative driver and a great tour.

Giants causway was a very interesting place. It was a nice hike that most can easily do. If you are concerned take the lower route and ride the tram back so you avoid the uphill portion. It. Is on a 1 pound. Very enjoyable and fun place. Guide was excellent and provided information about what you would see so it was not necessary during the hike.

Our guide and driver were amazing. This tour was excellent. Picked up from ship was easy. Lunch spot was a cute pub called Harry’s but portions were large so sharing was a cheaper option for us. Tour was worth 3 times what we paid.

We had a wonderful day trip on this excursion. We saw the Irish countryside and all the attractions listed. Giant’s Causeway was absolutely amazing. Our teenage children didn’t want to leave! We also traveled with grandparents and shuttles were available for those who could not walk up/down hills or far distances. Would definitely recommend!

Beware. Beware

None as the tour left without us, and no one was interested! Terrible service. Viator claims great customer service please do not be fooled there is NO customer service, you are a number and nothing more!
Best Excursion Experience in Years

From the moment we boarded the bus, we knew it was going to be a special tour! Gavin was hilarious as our guide, and Nick was the most skilled driver I have ever seen. Even more, they worked together almost like a Martin and Lewis comedy duo. Within an hour of pickup, then entire bus was “participating” in the energy of the moment with their own quips! Both individuals were classy and professional, despite crazy traffic and lousy equipment. The microphone Gavin had to use was constantly shorting out, but Gavin rolled with it far more than most of us would have tolerated. (IrishTours, PLEASE give this man better equipment! He is an excellent rep for your company and he deserves far better - as do we passengers.) They also arrived almost 30 min late because of incorrect info given them, but turned the negative around in a mere 5 minutes, even making it part of their comedy show! This will go down as one of the special highlights of our trip to the UK!!
