First person telling of civil conflict

I came to the tour not knowing much about the civil conflict. Hearing Stevie tell the history from the local perspective was eye opening.

Powerful tour -- a must in Belfast

Rarely has a tour flown by so quickly. An hour and a half felt as if we barely scratched the surface hearing about the Troubles in Belfast. Our guide was engaging and it really felt like a good opportunity to talk to a local about a sensitive subject matter. We saw and learned a ton in a short amount of time. Would recommend!

Guide had very strong accent!

While I cannot say that this tour was a total "bust", I feel like I walked away learning a fraction of what I had hoped. The largest problem was the strong accent of the guide. I heard maybe 25% of what he said. One person in our party of 5 was able to hear him and add some interpretations. It was a lot of money to walk away unhappy. The tour was to last 1-1.5 hours but it was two hours. That might have been welcome had we been entertained. The guide was very nice and he was kind enough to drive us back to the cruise port. I have no complaints about him in general. He was just not able to convey his message effectively to us. Very disappointing.

Fab tour with freedom to wonder by self

It was a solo tour and Kieron provided a really interesting tour covering both sides. He stopped at many locations to provide good background insights and also gave me time to walk around by myself to read and take pictures. I found in speaking with the Belfast Visitors Centre that you were going to charge me 6 (that’s six) times the going rate for this tour! We were astounded. We did not take the tour but I have been charged anyway on my Amex card. I intend to stop payment.
