Traveller Tips

The catamaran is pretty fast, so bring some shell jackets for wind protection on the dock while the boat is moving at speed and sun protection when the boat is at still.
Must do activity in Boston , try to make your reservation early in your trip or stay in Boston, so if canceled for any reason ( weather for example) , still you can do it next day .
Pretty cold and windy so wear a coat but was still amazing to see in the wild

The crew was wonderful and knowledgeable and worked hard to get us a whale sighting. I like the fact that this tour is run by an organization that is very ecologically concerned and focused conservation and preservation of ocean life.
Best experience ever!
Evelyn_Z, Nov 2022
I had the most amazing experience. I was expecting to just see maybe one whale from affar but I got to see 2, up close, slashed us, and hung out with us for about an hour. It was so worth it. The crew was amazing, the boat was well equipped with snacks, drinks, a bathroom, and even plugs for your phones since all of ours died. I highly recommend taking this tour! It was cold tho, but the inside of the boat was fine.
Whale of a time
Laurie_K, Nov 2022
We were very fortunate to see a mother and calf humpback whale. We were told this was unusual to see them so close to the boat. The staff were very knowledgeable and provided some fun and interesting facts as we took off from the harbor. Was a little surprised by how much the boat rocked and had to hang on. Would recommend this tour for families.
A great experience

This cruise will forever remain in my memory because it was so, so special. I saw at least 50 whales, including humpback families with their calf. And there were around 100 dolphins as well. So lucky to have experienced this!

We followed three humpback whales for 1 1/2 hours! They slept, dove, waved their fins and spouted multiple times and we all had wonderful views of their natural behavior without disturbing them.
