Compared with other walking tours we found this one lacking enthusiasm and passion about the city and its history and the guide didn’t appear to engage the group

Alan was very knowledgeable friendly and patient with the group but he was hard to hear. It would be helpful if the tour sights were listed so we could've planned for the landmarks that were not on the tour.
