Your day trip to one of the most remote locations in the most remote region of Western Australia begins with early morning pickup in Broome by 4-wheel-drive vehicle. As you listen to narration from your guide about Cape Leveque and the Kimberley region, journey across the red desert environment, only accessible by dirt tracks.

Cape Leveque is the northernmost tip of the Dampier Peninsula, an Aboriginal-owned piece of land surrounded by the waters of the Indian Ocean. Stop at the Beagle Bay Aboriginal Community for morning tea, and see the pearl-shell alter of the Beagle Bay church. Continuing north to One Arm Point Community, enjoy a prime view of the Buccaneer Archipelago and admire the Kimberley’s large tidal flows.

When you reach Cape Leveque, known natively as Kooljaman, relax on the beach, enjoy a picnic lunch, take photos of the rocky red coastline and cool off in the ocean. Your day trip ends either with the return 4WD trip to Broome, where you’ll arrive in the evening, or with a direct flight to Broome, arriving in the late afternoon.

Excellent day and the guide Michelle was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for her and her smile was infectious.

Fantastic day covering a lot of ground and seeing lots of beautiful areas. Cape Leveque and Cygnet Bay were special
Awesome experience
, May 2021
The total experience of the road trip, the tour guide and the people made the day. However, incorporating so many highlights such as Cygnet Bay, commentary and lunch, then onto the Hatchery which was enlightening and fun, then the rugged drive to Cape Leveque as terrific. We then enjoyed a scenic flight home down the coastline. I would recommend this day's outing to everyone.
Very enjoyable day !

Our tour guide Gary was amazing full of knowledge and entertaining. Unfortunately Beagle Bay was closed and the other community where the hatchery tour should have been the guy didn’t show up sadly. Cape Leveque was beautiful and well worth the drive up to see. Would go again in the future !
Not to be missed

Our driver and tour guide Gary was the best asset on this tour. Gary was informative, efficient, personable and a great driver who kept us on the right track throughout the day. Can thoroughly recommend this tour as it takes the stress out of the day and gives you time to relax and enjoy our amazing top end. The contrast of colours we saw were breathtaking and the opportunity to swim in the beautiful warm blue water at Cape Leveque was amazing. Thank you Gary

Great day at the cape
, Nov 2020
We had a fantastic time on our day trip to Cape Leveque. With a Friendly tour guide and beautiful beach at the cape. We really enjoyed the tour and lunch at the Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm. We booked the return flight but were informed that the flight was not available the day before the trip due to lack of numbers. We automatically got a refund for the flight component a few days later.

Fantastic experience
, Oct 2020
We booked this tour to take the strain off us having to drive ourselves and miss the view along the way. It was well worth every cent. Our guide was fun and informative. He made sure we were all comfortable and didn't miss any important sights. The Visit to Cygnet Bay was lovely with a satisfactory replacement lunch (we couldn't go to the communities for a picnic due to Covid restrictions). Kimberly Wild staff have been great to deal with too. A wonferful experience.
Fabulous Tour
, Oct 2020
Jodie the tour guide was great . The flight back was sensational . Shane the pilot from Kimberley Air went out of his way to make it great . Just a wonderful day and worth every cent . Shame some of the tour had to be cut due to closure of remote communities. But understandable due to the pandemic restrictions.
Fantastic Tour guide

Spectacular way to see Cape Leveque
, Oct 2020
What a fantastic experience. The tour guides were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Really enjoyed the Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm tour and the lunch provided. The amazing unique beaches in out of the way locations with white sands, warm clear waters and stunning red rock formations all a photographer's dream. To top off the day the views of the peninsula and coastline on the flight back to Broome were spectacular! Highly recommended.
