Both towns are nice and we really enjoyed it a lot. The tour guide is friendly and explaining a lot of history and showing us a lot of insight of the town.. a lot of walking though but worth it.We were lost on the last 2 hours of the Tour, thank god the guide has already explained where we meet if we lost, so we managed to catch up w the bus to go back Brussels safely! This tour is worth a visit, especially Bruges, personally likes it more.:)

The tour was ok, but two points.1) I had to wait for the bus for half an hour in the cold rain.2) The cafe offered by the guide was a disgusting place with high prices.

We had an amazing time on our tour and only wish it could have lasted longer than 10hrs!!! Thank you!! Would recommend 100%.

An interesting two medieval Belgian cities one-day visit, having been benefited pretty much by a well organised tour and by an excellent animator / guide that combined polyglottism, wide knowledge, sense off humour and readiness to cover all travellers' diversified requirements.

One of the most informative and enjoyable tours made especially pleasing because of Stefan and his wide ranging knowledge of the towns.

We really enjoyed this visit to these gorgeous old towns. The bus was comfortable but there was a miscommunication with the driver that cost us an hour of wasted time. The guide was informative but was quick to relay his information and run. Some of the older tour members had time keeping up with his pace.

Beautiful trip very oganize just would have wished to have had a more positive guide

Our tour guide was horrible which we expressed by the first ever, no tip. We couldn’t understand what little he spoke on the trip. We have gone on many Viator excursions but this one was such a waste of our time and money. My husband who doesn’t normally complain or say much, was so mad that he wasted our vacation time. We could have just taken a bus or train to Bruges and Ghent to do the same thing and spent much less money. He basically took us to the various locations and said be back by this time at this place. What we were expecting was information about the historical sights and significance of buildings. People from other excursions that we had met tell us how they love Bruges, but sadly we can’t. I can’t even tell you what I saw except chocolate stores, lace shops and beer signs. I don’t think Frank should be a tour guide. People take time off, save their hard-earned money and expect a certain level of service when they purchase from your agency. This level of service was a minus one star

Excellent trip and we enjoyed the day without any hustle.

Going to Bruges and Ghent all in one day is too much. I felt that we just skirted both. The guide was good but due to the time constraints all she could do was point at the site, talk about it and move on. We couldn't enter anything. The boat trip was well worthwhile, however.
