The are very organized company. Staff there are very helpful especially Zohra. We went first Ghent beautiful city rich in cathedral and historical buildings. We had time to talk walking tour with guide then she give us time to have free time. After, we went to Bruges we had walking tour and free time. Also, we went to boat trip on our expense. Bruges is very beautiful and fairytale city.

Our guide Andrea was really knowledgeable and helpful! The two cities so so beautiful and a great way to explore them if you don’t have enough time to stay in these cities! Will highly recommend! The crew was also great, very punctual!

Bruges and Ghent trip was quite memorable and enjoyable. Comfortable bus ride with clear guidance on the stops and historical sights. Enjoyed the canal tour very much. Highly recommend.
We had mentioned Vegetarian in the dietary needs section. Looks like neither the tour operator nor the guide took note. Anyways we managed our lunch by choosing a different restaurant.

Beautiful cities, loved the architecture! Our guide was excellent- shared so much information! It was extremely busy with tourists so that was a bit crazy.

The tour was good but too much break time however there were lack of details for most of the places
We were the only english speakers the tour guide explained in Spanish and english however some details were explained in Spanish only as the meeting point
I have expected more since its not my first tour I excepted to get more details specifically in English language

YOU MUST SEE BRUGES IF ITS THE ONLY THING YOU DO IN YOUR LIFE. Ghent was cool too but Bruges is a fairytale just as the title says. Endless swans and canals, flowers pouring over into the water, horse drawn carriages - UGH. Miguel was an excellent tour guide and very eager to accommodate to our needs. He took lots of pictures for everyone and kept everyone on track so the day ran smooth & according to schedule. The bus was comfortable and air conditioned. It's the same bus that brings you all over so you can leave your things on the bus if need be (I brought a pillow as it is a long journey lol). Such a beautiful tour with a lovely guide! 10/10 recommend.
