Nicely run ride.

This ride would be good only for the beginning rider or intermediate rider. All dense jungle, no beach, nothing more than a walk in single file. The staff was EXTREMELY professional and safety conscious. Horses were WELL cared for, barn and surrounding area VERY clean. Informative and a good getaway activity from the resort life.
Hermando and his staff did a great job with horseback riding. We really enjoyed it and he was knowledgeable friendly and professional. He provided proper training with getting everyone accustomed to riding.
My younger daughter is 7 years old and didn't have experience before. The crew took care of her very nicely all the way by leading her horse carefully. All horses are very well trained! Nelson talked about local culture and nature, which were informational! We also swimed in the small cenote, which certainly was not the best but my daughters loved it!
Our family of 4 really enjoyed the guided tour through the jungle, and hearing about the mayan legends around the cenotes & local flora. Horses were gentle and tame for our kids who were first time riders. The cenote swim was quite spectacular, and the guides were charming. Definitely recommended.
Beautiful setting and opportunity to have fun on horseback while enjoying and learning a little about natural features in the area. Horses are obviously well loved and cared for. Swim in cenote was most refreshing! Horses were matched to ability so it is fun for all levels. Guides were friendly and entertaining. Highly recommended.
My daughter and I went on the horseback tour. Armando was our guide and he did a great job. We enjoyed talking with him and found out we had lived in the same town in Texas. The trail was nice and the horses were easy to control. It would have been more fun to take the trail with the horse galloping but can’t do that on the trail rides with newbies. The cenote was very cold but it felt nice since it was hot. Happiness the dog joined us. Happiness is really good at staring contest.
Alma and her crew were great! The horses were easy to manage even for inexperienced riders and the the guides were funny and informative.
I did not swim but some of my family did and really enjoyed it.
They missed getting 5 by having outrageous prices for pictures. We would have bought some but they were way too pricey. We did another excursion where the cost was very reasonable.
