Travel independently to Ogmore-by-Sea on the Glamorgan Heritage Coast in Wales, about 24 miles (38 kilometers) from Cardiff.
Meet your guide at the cliffside car park and change into your supplied wetsuit, helmet, life vest and boots. Bring a bathing suit for under your wetsuit, and warm clothing for after your adventure. Then, set off along the limestone cliffs for your roughly 3-hour session. A beach lifeguard and mountain leader will be present throughout for your safety.
Begin with an easy jump into the sea to get you acclimatized. Then, clamber, jump and swim along the rugged coast. Scramble across the cliffs, swim across channels, and explore inlets as you rise and fall with the swell.
Next up, make a series of jumps into the cool waters. Start from 10 foot (3 meters) up on the cliffs, and then progress to an 18-foot (5.5-meter) leap and a challenging 25-foot (7.6-meter) jump.
Back in the water, continue traversing along the cliffs and swim under a natural bridge, rising with the waves as they lift you almost to the roof.
After some final jumps, return to the start point, where your experience ends.
Please note: start and finish times are dependent on tides and you will be advised of them nearer the date.
