The tour is perfect for our group, four of us in a nice van going to see 9 different places comfortably. We do not have to wait for others, we toured at our own pace. The places are nice well maintained. There are people who wants to sell things to you but you can opt not to and they leave you alone. The driver Neil is a very nice person and his honesty is way above par. He came back to return a bag that we forgot in his vehicle.
He preferred not to take reward, what a person.

What a great deal! Jomz came in early and efficiently followed our itinerary to sheer perfection. The tour was divided into two parts. In the morning we trek the museums and historical sites and in the afternoon we traverse the mountain part of the tour. We truly enjoyed the tour. Kudos to Jomz for taking care of us

NOT a tour - absurdly overpriced driver

Absolutely absurdly overpriced for a basic driver and completely false advertising. This is NOT in any way a tour. Granted Viator states a “department of tourism accredited tour guide” is available, but don’t claim “experienced driver serves as your guide” when the driver only takes you from point A to point B and barely speaks english. The route hits many of the historic places in Cebu, however, I would highly recommend updating your list of “inclusions” when sites are closed, and/or at least offer an alternative. We found out only after starting the tour that one of the most scenic views (Tops Lookout) was closed. Rather than acknowledging it was closed, our ‘driver’ (not tour guide) insisted it was just not part of the tour. Also, paying full price for an 8 year-old is ridiculous when the entrance fees at each site had reduced rates for both seniors and children. At a minimum, Viator should offer a reduced rate for children, if not also seniors. Again, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY expecting a tour. Hire a driver instead for a fraction of a price. I’ll update if Viator makes it right by offering a refund or compensation.

Hi, we are sorry for the misunderstanding. But if you look at the tour package under What's Included, the tour guide from tourism department is available upon request. You have not added any so the driver and car came to you on time to pick you up.

About the TOPS
Under what to expect
Tops Lookout
(will be closed starting Oct 21, 2022 for renovation) - we will be updating this if they will open again.
If you will be adding a tour guide, and the TOPs is open by the time you had the tour, then the rate will of course change cuz we will also pay for it.
You can see these in the package that you booked, and on the voucher that you have..
Please also note that even you booked 09:17 PM a night before, we are still able to get you driver, we woke up a driver not to be late the next day to your hotel.
The discounts of the seniors and children can be discounted on site and be refunded to you, provided you will show the IDs upon paying the entrance fees, which the driver must have told you .
Also the tour includes delicious lunch from the House of Lechon restaurant that costs P500 per head , what you could ask more.
You asked for a FULL refund but we did not acknowledged that is because we already spent for your lunch, driver, car, fuel (which is now very expensive), and asking for a FULL Refund is like asking for a FREE tour. Hope you will understand why we can't refund you that. Thank you and hope you will have a good journey in the future.

We had an incredible experience from start to finish. Our driver Dave arrived early and was waiting for us when we came to the lobby. We had the entire van to ourselves. I liked the way the tour was organized (with the farthest sights first, starting with Lapu-Lapu in the morning then Cebu later in the day), the choice of sights, and the flexibility we had at each stop. Our driver Dave was polite and helpful. He doubled as our photographer, and took the time to capture great shots at various sights. I can’t say which stop was most memorable. I must admit that the Temple of Leah and Sirao were pleasant surprises since I had not heard of them prior to this visit (although I’ve been to Cebu numerous times). Overall, we enjoyed ourselves immensely.

From the van driver, Richard to our tour guide, Jonathan (kudos to both!) we (6 of us) were impressed by how the tour turned out smoothly and the professionalism they had! We all enjoyed the varied sites we visited, the lunch at House Of Lechón and will definitely recommend this tour to relatives and friends!

Jonathan our tour guide is very nice, very informative and very knowledgeable. He know Cebu’s history really well. Joseph our driver taxes very good care of us. Both of them took really made us feel safe and secure all throughout the tour. Both of them have a very calm nature and very attentive. We really enjoyed this tour! Highly recommended!
