The park is open Monday through Saturday, from 8am to 4pm. Your admission includes participation in a guided chocolate workshop, where you’ll learn about the history of chocolate and the artisans in Cozumel producing this delectable sweet. With guidance from your instructor, grind cocoa beans and mix them with other ingredients, and before you know it, you’ll have produced a chocolate bar that you can nosh on as you explore the rest of the park.

We enjoyed the Cacao Workshop, the tour guide that we had was very knowledgeable and it made the workshop very enjoyable.
Awesome tour. One of the best we have ever had in the Caribbean. Our tour guide, Martin, was with us the entire time and did an excellent job of explaining everything we drank, ate and saw. We will probably repeat the next time we are in Cozumel.Allow plenty of time. Our tour was about 5 hours including travel to the park and back to our cruise ship.
Good tour if you like Mexican art and history. You won't find better chocolate quality anywhere else. Real chocolate at its best. The vanilla from this place is also amazing. The taco buffet is delicious. Well recommended.
