  • Dune bashing is not permitted for pregnant women, people with heart conditions and infants (under 3 years old)
  • Casual, loose-fitting clothing is recommended in the summer
  • It is not recommended that you eat 2-3 hours before the safari trip to avoid sickness during the dune bashing
  • Sports shoes are recommended for sandboarding
  • Not recommended for travellers with back problems
  • Not recommended for pregnant travellers
  • No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
  • Travellers should have a moderate physical fitness level
  • During the World Cup, there is no hotel pickup and drop-off offered. You will join the tour from a meeting point as updated in your voucher.

💯 Desert Blast

This experience was a total blast. You get lot for your money. Only thing is that the camel ride is actually short. However, I totally enjoyed and greatly recommend. I arrived late at the meeting point, and the guide waited for me. I'm thankful.

My family and I greatly enjoyed this experience and it will be a highlight of our time in Qatar. The camel ride and dune bashing were a lot of fun and my son enjoyed trying sandboarding. The day was well run and communication leading up to the day trip was good as well.
An experience to remember

This is the trip to do when visiting Doha. The dunes are incredible and the views were stunning. The dune bashing is great fun - very bumpy! If you get travel sickness I highly recommend taking some tablets so you can enjoy the ride. We got to see the sunset and drive back out of the dunes in the dark. Our driver Noufal was lovely, he picked us up on time, pointed out the sights along the drive and made sure everyone was safe.

The tour was very nice, I have enjoyed it. Tour guide was cool and skilled. The only downside was, that I was sitting in the 3rd row in the car and being 1.9m it was not very comfortable, especially during sand bashing...
