Abu Dhabi Day Tour From Dubai

Unfortunately, we had to cancel it but we received great assistance and customer service. The staff was extremely helpful so thank you so much! Great company to deal with. I wish everyone had that kind of attitude.

I booked for a trip for Abu Dhabi, the night before the trip, I was speaking to the manger at the hotel I stayed regarding my Abu Dhabi trip said He said I would need a COVID19 test to go Abu Dhabi which I wasn’t I were of. So I messaged the number that sent me a reminder earlier about the Abu Dhabi tour if I will be needing COVID19 test and he said yes. Then I said to him, I’m not aware of that, the least you can do is inform us we need a COVID19 test before we can go Abu Dhabi. So he offered to take us on tour to shajar or hatta which I refused because i paid for Abu Dhabi not any of those. So I requested a refund, he said he will process the refund from their end but I still haven’t gotten my refund. How can I pay for Abu Dhabi and u want to take me else where and you didn’t think u need to inform tourists that they will need a COVID19 test to go Abu Dhabi.

My tour was changed to the desert safri instead due to ongoing restrictions. Great tour. Our guide zahir did a gr8 job.

This trip is cancelled because of the border closures, but yet it’s still online and no one calls you to tell you it’s not actually happening.

They canceled the trip so I didn't get to experience anything. I want my money back and I will appreciate if the company would stop canceling events at the last minute.

The tour was cancelled due to COVID 19 the day before. however we did not get our money back, although we tried many times to contact the agency. Definitely Wouldn’t book again!!!

A really good all-day trip from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. Lots of value for money. All the places we saw were interesting without wasting time and malls. I had forgotten my cellphone at the hotel and could not take pictures. However, it was no problem for Ali - our tour guide. He immediately lent me his own and when we got back to the hotel he also helped copy all the pictures I had taken onto my mobile. A fantastic service that many could learn a great deal from.

Driver Abdul was knowledgeable and friendly. Good trip to Grand mosque and Palace. We could have avoided the Ferrari stop and the art gallery. Corniche beach was tremendous. Restaurant was mediocre for the exorbitant lunch price.

Our guide (Abdul) came to pick us up at the hotel. He was a few minutes later than expected but had informed us by a message. The tour itself was very interesting. Abdul was our guide all day and gave us a lot of explanations. He asked us what we all wanted to see. We enjoyed the different sights. This tour was really good and cheap. When we go to Dubai again we will definitely go back with Abdul as our guide. Ask for Abdul
