1. Bei dem Erlebnis hat mich wenig besonders beeindruckt. Das ursprüngliche Programm wurde mit kurzfristiger WhatsApp Information verändert (keine Fahrt mit Land Rover 1950er Jahre, keine Falkenshow oder Falkenvorführung, kein deutschsprachiger Reiseleiter, 20 statt 15 Teilnehmern). 2. Auf der Viator Buchungsseite wird die Fahrt mit dem Heißluftballon über die Wüste von Dubai mit Abholung vom Hotel / Rückfahrt zum Hotel von ausgewählten Standorten angeboten. Unter anderem ist auch das Ajman Hotel, Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid, Al Nuaimi Street Ajman 3025 UAE aufgeführt. Tatsächlich wurde jedoch vor Ort eine Abholung / Rückfahrt vom / zum Hotel zur Ballonfahrt ohne zusätzliche Bezahlung von 600 AED für den Transport verweigert. Dies stellt meiner Meinung ein nicht unerhebliches, vertragswidriges Verhalten dar und trübte natürlich auch die Urlaubsstimmung. Um an der Ballonfahrt doch noch teilnehmen zu können, stimmte ich letztendlich der zusätzlichen Barzahlung von 600 AED zu, wurde dann am 22.09.2021 um 03.45 Uhr im Hotel abgeholt und nach Ende der Ballontour vormittags wieder zum Ajman Hotel zurück gebracht. Ich bin jedoch der Auffassung, dass die Kosten der Tour ( € 313,23 bei Buchung der Ballonfahrt plus 600 AED "ca. € 142,00" für Transport) insgesamt also ca. € 455,00 für die Ballonfahrt unverhältnismässig und überzogen, auch im Vergleich mit anderen Anbietern, sind. Eine Reklamation bei Viator am gleichen Tag per E-Mail blieb bis zum heutigen Tag ohne Antwort.
