We waited for over 45min for our first bus of the day to come, it never did. We ended up buying tickets with another tour bus line that had buses every 15min. It’s unfortunate because we had such a positive experience with the Belfast tour. While on the other tour, we only saw one City Sightseeing bus the whole day.

We were not advised that the bus came only once an hour. We arrived at the stop to see the bus pulling out at 10 am so we had yo wait an hour for the next one, which was half an hour late, the speakers didn’t work so we could not hear the commentary. It was better on the upper deck but it was cold and windy so we moved back down. We would have done better on a city bus just driving around the city…

First day, 1 bus went right by us in the stop, the next 1 we saw 45 minutes later was out of service and finally after an hour, we got the bus. 2nd day we walked because of the first day. We walked most of the route and NEVER saw a bust for this company. Big bus was everywhere. In London, big bus was nowhere.

My family and I waited for over an hour and 1/2 at a designated stop in Dublin Ireland and the bus never came. Many other buses passed us but not ours. Could not contact anyone that day because phone number went to busy signal. Asking for full refund and still have not received it. Poor business sense. I feel it’s all a scam. Stopped payment on my credit card. Horrible experience would not recommend this tour company!

We waited to join the tour for almost an hour. Meanwhile, every other Hop On Hop Off bus company had numerous buses going around and around. Don't do the (RED) City Sightseeing Hop On Hop Off. Make sure you are on the GREEN OR YELLOW company Hop on Hop off tours. They are much more frequent and you will actually be able to take advantage of the hop on hop off feature.

The bus was one of at least 3 hop on hop off options. This one was not operational due to the Pride celebration. The other two I tired to get on were operational so it was confusing there was more than one hop on/off options and why this was not working

Never got on the bus. Every time we found a bus stop, we waited, and it was the wrong sightseeing bus. In the several hours, 6 to be exact, we never saw a bus that we paid for. It was a waste of money.

Use Big Bus instead. Normally I would use this bus but in Dublin only 1 bus runs every 45 minutes so you spend half your time waiting. I was very disappointed since our service in London was great. For a family of 5 with multiple days what a disappointment.
