Traveller Tips

There will be a few tours leaving at the same time, it's really confusing so get there early so you can sort it out.
don't forget to dress appropriately and hold on to your hats!
It takes 4h to go to Cliff of Moher and another 4h back to Dublin, so depart early is really a correct choice so that the entire trip is not rush at all.

Very nice experience
CLAUDIA_E, Feb 2023
Our guide, David and driver, Sarah were great! During the trip we had the chance to learn more about Irish history and listen songs about the places we went, David was very kind and gave us some very good advice to make the most out of our stay.
Recommended even for solo travellers!
Amira_Y, Feb 2023
Fantastic experience from the start to finish. I went in a little apprehensive being a solo traveller but those worries were quickly forgotten by the friendliness of the staff!
Kristine_O, Feb 2023

Great Day Trip in Ireland
Caroline_F, Feb 2023
Thanks to Murphy and Paolo for a great trip! The Cliffs were breathtaking and Galway was incredible as well.
Not my first choice but okay.
Justine_D, Feb 2023
The bus to Cliffs of Moher was overcrowded so the driver of the Belfast tour ushered me to his bus which was only half full. I was disappointed because my son recommended the Cliffs tour . He was here in October.
Response from Host, Feb 2023
Hello Justine, I wish you would be more informative in the review. The truth is that you did not show for your tour on the date which you booked for. Our office aggreed to transfer you to next day subject to availability at a minimal fee. On the day there was not a spare seat to offer so our team offered to transfer you onto the tour north, the Giants Causeway, Dun Luce Castle and the Black Taxi Political Tour of Belfast. This is a more expensive tour but no extra was charged. Regards John
Wonderful day.

David and Owen were wonderful guide/driver. It’s a long day but the entertaining and educational information shared was wonderful. Loved that they kept us informed of the plans for every stop along the way.
Ann_G, Jan 2023

Cliffs of Moher
brookefisher47, Jan 2023
We had Suzanne and Joe with Wild Rover Tours as our driver/guide and they were amazing! Felt very safe and informed the whole time. We got picked up right outside of Ulster Bank a little after 7. This bus stop is very easy to walk to from the Temple Bar or Trinity College area. Both rest stops on the way to and from the cliffs/Galway were clean and efficient. We had plenty of time at the cliffs. The drive from the cliffs to Galway was beautiful! I personally felt like we spent a little too much time in Galway-not much to do besides shopping. Overall recommend
Clmence_J, Jan 2023
I loved the tour! It was beautiful even with foggy weather Antonio, the guide and Peter the driver, are great people and made sure we were all having the best time. I would definitely recommend to do this tour! I did it before visiting Dublin and I don’t regret it at all, Antonio gave me amazing restaurants recommendations for the next days I would spend in Dublin
The Foggy experience
Efstratios_S, Jan 2023
Unfortunately, me and my girlfriend we saw the cliffs only for half an hour before a huge wave of fog comes. But the organization of this agency was amazing.
Response from Host, Jan 2023
Hello I'd like to apologise for the disappointment resulting from the fog and thank you for the high praise of our company. Regards John
Nancy_P, Jan 2023
This was a trip that I had already booked before a friend commented “it’s the only trip that I would recommend”. If there is any way to control the weather for the day of the trip, that’s the only improvement that I would suggest. We had a foggy day, cold and rainy, but we’re able to get a glimpse of the Cliffs nonetheless…we will have to do it again on a future trip! The driver Peter and our guide Rory were the best and I lived the sprinkling of anecdotes that Rory infused in his comments. Highly recommend, hopefully you will have better weather but dress for any possibility! We’ll worth the time.

Worth the long ride
Daria_S, Jan 2023
Because it was cloudy we did not see the brightest moment of the cliffs however due to Rory our tour guide that was forgotten. He made everything very bearable, entertaining us with a history of ireland, filled with personal anecdotes and good irish humor. Can recommend !
Great experience! The bus...
Jackie_K, Jan 2023
Great experience! The bus driver and our tour guide made the trip very pleasant and brought a lot of amazing history to the tour throughout our drive through Ireland.
amazing trip
Maja_Z, Jan 2023
The trip was fantastic. Rory, the tour guide, literally made my day. His stories about Ireland were so lively and exciting. We had the time of our lives, despite fog and rain!! I can recommend it to everybody!
Beautiful experience
Emma_D, Jan 2023
Rory and Peter were great tour guides and made sure everything was age and taken care of. Super knowledgeable and beautiful experience I highly recommend this trip. I went when the weather was very foggy, misty, and cold but still magical.
Great day tour!
tracy_d, Jan 2023
The Cliffs were beautiful. And Galway was fun to explore shops. Long bus day, yet Guide Suzanne was great. Sincere hospitality, naming sure all were informed about tips about the areas we were in, and might also want you see. Excellent friendly guide. Peter (driver) was very efficient, great driving, and friendly. I'd recommend Wils Rover tours. Glad Viator uses them. Highly recommend. Tracy

A very memorable experience
Sharmeen_A, Jan 2023
This trip was a very memorable experience. We had plenty of time (2 hours) to explore the Cliffs of Moher, and the beautiful Galway city. Our tour guide, Antonio, was very friendly and helpful. He made the experience all the more enjoyable with his insightful commentary and knowledge. At Galway city, he made sure to point out all the good stores and restaurants to us, and led us through the main part of the city. Our driver, Warren was also very friendly and did a great job driving us through those narrow roads. Overall, it was an incredible day trip. I appreciated the longer stops as it didn't make us feel rushed, and I felt that we had enough time to explore the areas. We also had a few quick rest stops that were very helpful. We would not have been able to do this tour on our own and it was very nice to have someone guide us through it. I would definitely recommend this trip with Antonio and Warren.
Thank you Antonio and Warren!
Jen_S, Jan 2023
Antonio was a great guide! Loved his stories and facts as we drove through the country. He kept everyone laughing and had great recommendations for the city center as well as less touristy places. He and Warren were a great team. Felt very safe on the bus with Warren as the driver. 10/10 would recommend!
Thanks Antonio and Owen
Caterina_T, Jan 2023
Antonio and Owen were fantastic! We had a great time with them. Antonio is a really well prepared tour guide and he told us so many interesting things during the journey that made our visit much better. The cliffs are beautiful, and so is Galway. It’s good that they leave a lot of time to visit the sites by your own too. We definitely recommend travelling with them!!!
Great trip
Jon_W, Jan 2023
