Begin your day tour of Provençal fragrances, scenery and wine with pickup at your hotel in Monaco and enjoy the views as you travel west toward the town of Grasse. The town is famous as the perfume capital of the world, and you'll understand why when you step out of the vehicle – the air is fragrant with a variety of flowers that grow in the area. Take a guided tour of Fragonard, the well-known perfumery in Grasse, which gets its name from an 18th-century painter born in Grasse, Jean-Honoré Fragonard.
Next, visit the Medieval town of Valbonne to walk down narrow streets, browse little shops full of locally-made crafts or pause for a coffee or lunch in an atmospheric café or restaurant (own expense). Continue the tour with a drive northeast, following the Loup River, to the hilltop village of Gourdon. You'll see why it's sometimes called the 'Eagle's Nest' as you take in the stellar views over the region.
The last stop is in Nice, where you'll experience a professional wine tasting session at one of the smallest wineries in France - Château de Crémat. Sample some of the local wines of the Bellet appellation as you hear about the French Riviera's place in the history of wine production.
Relax on the scenic drive back to Monaco along the Middle Corniche road.

My daughter and I were staying in Monaco for a few days and booked this small-group tour to see a perfume factory and taste wine. This tour was AMAZING. Only 6 people total Our guide, Hedwig, was so very fantastic!!! She took us to a lavender field which was also loaded with beautiful butterflies! She was a wealth of information about every stop we made. She answered everyone's questions with a smile. She gave us excellent recommendations for lunch with the best view, and she She knew the roads well and took us through beautiful scenery and it was an absolutely lovely day!!! One of the BEST days on our whole trip! THANKS HEDWIG!!!

We were lucky to have Nicolas Kolesnikoff as our guide for the tour. His ability to work around the local traffic problems to ensure we got the maximum benefit for the tour was nothing short of brilliant! Every aspect of the tour was managed beyond our expectations and we enjoyed Nicolas' explanations of each of the visits on the tour. The scenery along the Nice coast is fantastic and were lucky the weather was good and Nicolas made sure we saw the best of the vista. Good tour and great guide.

We had a great day touring Provence with Nicholas and the other guests on our small tour. Nicholas, our guide was fantastic, very fun, full of energy and information about the locations and sites included in our tour.

In addition to the perfumery tour and wine tasting, we stopped at several little villages throughout the region and had time to shop, eat and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

The winery tour as a lot of fun gorgeous Chateau just outside of Nice with amazing views and lovely wines.

We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see some of the wonderful towns and other beautiful scenery around Nice.
