Saw places off of the beaten pass-Mohammed was very knowledgeable about the Medina and its products-since it was only 3 of us we had enough time to linger over things that interested us and bargain

Very bad experience. The guide was trying to take us to places to buy and all were trying to charge us 5x prices because we were tourists.

Thank you for sharing your feedback.
To clarify for everyone, this customer she wasn't feeling well, and she decided to finish the tour after just 40 minutes whereas the time of the tour is 3 hours.
As a result of this, we were flexible and we issued a ful refund.
She didn't experience our tour to judge us, and she didn't bought anything from the market.
Unfortunately recently we received many complains like that just because they wanted to get refunded.

Mohammed was a wonderful guide; knowledgeable, interesting and kind, especially with the kids. We learned so much, saw amazing sights and came away with some beautiful momentos. He also recommended a fabulous place for lunch! Thank you so much for a really special experience.
Very highly recommended guide to the souks

Mohammed's younger brother, also Mohammed, took me on a wonderful tour of the souks, visiting craftsmen that I would never otherwise have found and sights I would not otherwise have seen. He was a patient, interesting and interested guide and a helpful negotiator where required and I had the most enjoyable morning in the souks of the Medina. His English was excellent and he was very professional and knowledgeable. VERY highly recommended indeed. 6 stars if available!
More of a history lesson

Like someone else said it’s more of history lesson then shopping to be honest . You go deep into market where u can find Moroccan style clothing but designer ones are all right at the beginning. My kids were a bit bored they wanted to see monkey and snakes but Mo advised not to. Shops were very pricey where he took us am talking over 1000 mad for item . He’s lovely guy and easy to talk to I just think it’s more of history lesson not shopping

The tour is based to give you an idea about the souks and the Medina in general and the history and culture of Morocco and not just to take you to many shops and by the end it will be a boring tour.
I think my job it's to give you informations about history of the souks and culture, if not why did you booked this tour?
You said that your kids wanted to see the snakes and monkeys ... I would like to inform you that we don't do that in this tour.
However, we did our job for kids to not getting bored on the tour which unfortunately was not mentioned on your review: the kids enjoyed the challenges of opening wooden boxes by an artisan's which was more educational and entertaining...and they were happy....I think the kids are not used to the heat..

We did think about just heading around the souks and medinas on our own but would never have found half the areas we ended up in.
Incredible craftsmanship at work throughout .
Our guide was really knowledgeable and the 3 hours literally flew by even though it was tipping it down with rain!

Amazing way to see the Souks!

My friend and I took this tour our first day in Marrakech and highly recommend it! Mohammed was our guide and not only was he well versed on the history of souks and Marrakech, but he catered the tour to things we were interested in and showed us local places we never would have found other wise. When he took us to shops and stalls we didn’t feel pressure to buy and even after we had negotiated prices down he would talk to the vendors and ensure we got fair prices. It was a great way to start the trip and he even left us with recommendations for places and restaurants to visit during our stay.
A great way to get to know the city

We had Mohammad as our guide and I can’t recommend him high enough! It also made us feel more comfortable exploring a new city, having someone who knew how the city worked and could get us orientated. He was so friendly and informative, and very patient while we were rug shopping!
