Good afternoon. Our experience was great but I would have liked to have some kind of information (email, text or something) regarding longer than expected wait time. I booked a helicopter trip with Liberty Tours as a surprise for my husband's 40th birthday and it certainly did not disappoint. This was the highlight for both of us of our trip to NYC, I thoroughly recommend anyone to take a helicopter ride. Our tour was booked for 1.30 pm, we arrived at around 12.30 and after a few quick security checks and a safety demonstration, we went straight on board the helicopter. Have some amazing pictures which we will treasure for a lifetime.

I've done a few helicopter tours before in different locations, but this one had great views. I lucked out on the weather and the pilot did a nice job pointing out landmarks for both sides of the helicopter.

I had booked a helicopter ride for my boyfriend and I but the ride was shared with another group of 4. I was hoping it would be a more intimate experience. The wait was also long despite having a reservation. The staff was not the most professional either I would not pay a few hundred dollars to ride this again.

It is a superb way to see NYC! We did this tour at the end of our holiday, and that was great for we could recognize a lot of buildings etc. The staff is friendly en professional. Tip for the pilot: don't talk that fast and tell only things that matter (no facts of weights/hights of things).

This was a very expensive 15mins. Really enjoyed it though. Pilot was funny but would have liked even more info about the sights. Really cheeky to hide that you pay an extra $40pp until after you book bringing it to over £200pp
