My tickets were not sent to me so I had to go to the box office. The theatre staff helped me out with no problem! They were polite and kind!! The show was excellent!! I would totally recommend it!

Viator is going to stress you out!

Chicago was a downright 5!!! Spectacular show that exceeded expectations!!!! Booking through viator is a complete nightmare. The dozens of links to my tickets did not link to any usable ticket. The extra dozen of ads for viator took some time to ease through when I had to show them proof of my purchase… even then, the theater company had to contact viator to get a confirmation code that I had paid up. They never sent me tickets I could use, and the instructions to download them is garbage…. It doesn’t take you a ticket you can download, just an email that clearly says it’s not your ticket for entry… Unless you want to be completely stressed out and unsure you have a ticket, I would pass on this agency and go for some company that gives you ticket in hand or emails the proof of purchase the day you purchase them.

The show was great. The venue was ok. We had great seats in front but the theater is old and the seats pretty cramped and not very comfortable for several hours. The worst part about the experience is the lack of restrooms. there was one approximately 5 stall women's bathroom for over 1000 seats. The line was ridiculous. The men's was better but at intermission, the line was also too long to make it through during the break.

Overall an entertaining performance. The lead vocalist had an amazing voice. The cast was very good as well. I was hoping for more of a stage set up but it was just the band. The story line was easy to follow and a great night.

The show was great, lighthearted with a dash of humour and a none too serious storyline. A relatively small theatre brought you closer to the event. My only criticism is when I picked my 2 tickets up from the Booking Office I noticed the seats weren't allocated next to each other! Luckily the seating staff took note and made sure we were moved to a better position on adjacent seats.

If booked again I would try not get in row G on the Mezzanine - evens side - because we were seated directly below the air-con, set to Perma-Frost. Also the refreshments were so expensive we saw quite a few people refusing them. As for the show, itself: WONDERFUL. The staging is minimal and clever. The band, which are brilliant, are central and part of the staging itself. The cast are superbly talented and, even though this was a matinee, gave it everything. They all thoroughly deserved the standing ovation they got. I heartily recommend this as a Must-See on Broadway. "To miss it would be a sin" (!)

The musical was wonderful. The instruments were great, the choreography was excellent. Velma was Outstandng!!!!!!!! I would travel to see her in anything. Roxie was very good, especially in the ventriloquist scene. The only drawbacks are with the theater. The leg room is that of an older theater and the woman's facilities are significantly inadequate. What a wonderful evening.

What a great show, we had fabulous seats (probably about 8 - 10 rows back), but a small theatre which made it even better! Could take in alcohol from the bar, in saying that they weee quite expensive.
