1) Pickup points at arrivals: Terminal 2 (in front of WH Smith), T3 (in front of Marks & Spencer), T4 (in front of Costa Cafe) and T5 (in front of Costa Café). After you go through the Passport Control, please call us to request delivery. Proceed to designated meeting point for your Terminal and wait for delivery agent. Delivery Agent will meet you within 15 minutes of your call, holding a sign with your name to deliver your device. Please make sure you’ve provided your arrival Flight Details during/after your booking. 2) All deliveries from the local partner's London office arrive within the same day within London Zones 1 and 2. Orders received after 12:00 pm (GMT+0) will be shipped on the following business day. 3) If your hotel reservation name is different than the device rental name, please send a hotel booking name. 4) For out-of-hotel delivery, be sure there will be someone to welcome the courier at the address provided.
