Nothing, the guide could have made this a very interesting experience if he condensed his talk and stopped continually repeating himself like we were some nitwits. He made us stand for more then half an hour while he continued to constantly repeat himself. It’s really a great way to quickly lose the interests of the tourists who paid quite a bit of money for excellent information about the fight against the Mafia that could have been delivered in less than half the time.

Our tour guide was very knowledgable and informative and open to answering all questions. Saw parts of Palermo that wouldn’t have passed / known the history of on our own. But beware the tour TOOK FOUR HOURS. Plan accordingly because I was not aware. Would benefit from having a more structured plan as it felt like a lot of rambling at points.

The guide was very informative. But too much standing and her talking. Repeating the same stuff over and over again. Not moving fast enough from place to place. 3 hours is way to long . Should be 2 hours. For the most part boring. Sorry!

Linda is a friendly and experienced guide. The tour was educative and compact to get a good overview about the topic (mafia’s influence on the city and the society and the fight of the citizens’ against it). We enjoyed the information, the pace of the tour and Linda as guide. We would recommend the tour to visitors who are the first time in Palermo.

Probably because it was out of peak season but the tour was painfully slow paced as the guide had to do the Italian tour and English tour in one.After sticking with it for an hour and 40 minutes and only just getting to the 2nd stop I eventually gave up and left and got on with my day!Guide was ok if a little dry.
