    Our original reservation was canceled without notice. We spent about an hour with customer service and re-booked another one for the following day, paid again and confirmed. We were assured that we will receive the tickets. The tour operator texted us the next day that they do not have tickets for us. They sent us alternative tickets for different time, no lift, stairs to the second level only, no audio, much lower priced tickets. No refund or price adjustment. Additionally, we had another guided tour for another attraction booked on the same day. Our guide never showed up, no notice, no ticket, no refund. We had other reservations canceled at the last minute too. Although we did have some good tours during our trip, we don't think we will book anything with Viator again.

    Great way to get a ticket… Walking up is not for the fair of heart it is strenuous so if you’re not in shape get a different ticket… we loved the work out. Fantastic Views

    Confusing details of what exactly the tour included and the tickets were in french. Eiffel tower staff were no help Eg; Meeting location and Audio tour.

    This experience and trip was AWFUL - and frankly a rip off. We couldn’t find the tour guide who didn’t pick up the phone even after calling numerous times. When we did finally get into the Eiffel Tower - alone and unaided - we were told this tour was for a STAIR CLIMB to the top!!!!! No where on the booking reservation was this mentioned prior to booking and the entire thing was a waste of money and a waste of time and a waste of my afternoon. I was with family and a small child who I could not disappoint so I had purchase additional new tickets to visit the Eiffel Tower with the lift. This is an absolute RIP OFF and I would encourage anyone and everyone not to use this tour operator or site again if they don’t want to flush money down the drain
