DISSAPOINTED IN THE COMPANY I KEPT

The tour guide was PERFECT! This was supposed to be a PRIVATE tour for which I paid over $500.00. Yet, when I arrived to the car, there was a local couple inside with the husband COMPLAINING that he had to wait over 45 minutes for my arrival. The fact is that I booked the tour for 3:00 PM and I arrived at the hotel from my arriving flight 13 minutes after three; so the company booked another couple on my tour and they had to wait until I arrived. The husband complained, complained and complained which really made the front part of the tour sour. Upon further conversation, the couple stated that they were under the impression that their tour was private as well and was not expecting a long wait. I guess the joke was on us! My obvious question was if I paid a lot of money for a private tour, why did the company book another couple on my tour? It's quite obvious. The tour guide was fantastic and the location was just INCREDIBLE! The company on my 'private' tour SUCKED!
